Lead Site Coordinator Position for
Oklahoma (OK), Indiana (IN), Georgia (GA), North Carolina (NC) and Arkansas (AR).

Support all Site Coordinators to accomplish position objectives, coordinate work distribution, with Corporate guidance, develop and maintain team schedules for a successful, controlled, safe and friendly environment.

This position will be required to provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients (e.g. employees, coworkers, clients, and corporate staff), while maintaining safety and ensuring Allegiant policies and procedures are met.

Will provide support for employees by creating a pleasant welcoming environment and ensuring employee work issues are being resolved in a timely manner; maintaining corporate vehicle(s) in safe driving condition

Maintain employee housing in a clean state and in good repair
-
Assist Corporate personnel with employee retention, attendance, new hire orientation, coaching and resolving employee work, transportation and housing issues.

Provide constant open communication with corporate office and with clients on employee job related issues, employee changes and details relating to employee work.

Provide safe transportation for employees to work and other locations.
Requirements -
Bilingual – English/Spanish (read, write and speak) with effective communications skills

Must be able to pass DOT physical and be awarded Medical Card

Must have verifiable clean driving record and background

Must be able to obtain U.S. Drivers License
